Estimated delivery times are calculated from the shipping date, not the order date.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become available.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
DEWOO TILES is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
DELAYS
Shipping delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. DEWOO TILES is not liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist you in communicating with the shipping carrier where possible. DEWOO TILES is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. DEWOO TILES is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
