30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible:

Item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unused).

Original tags and packaging must be intact.

Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care items (beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

Return your original item (as above).

Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For shipments into the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason.

Refunds

We will notify you after inspecting your return and inform you if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
